SHIPPING POLICY
Packages will be shipped using USPS. Standard shipping on items is 3-5 business days from order date. This does not include our 1-3 business days for processing. SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS
***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to Anne’s Healing Hands due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. As well as the redelivery cost and possible cost of remaking the product due to some of our products' short shelf life. AHH’s is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Anne’s Healing Hands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Anne’s Healing Hands will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Please be aware that we cannot control any delays caused by the carrier during the shipping process once your package leaves our facility for any shipping method as carrier delays are out of our control.
Anne’s Healing Hands HAS A NO RETURN POLICY. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (i.e, medication that is supposed to be refrigerated arriving warm) MAY BE REPLACED.
